Those who wish to travel by air may contact Delta airlinesfor a special group discount (see online booking information given below). Always compare fares on other airlines before making the final purchase. Airfares are competitive and you might find cheaper fares elsewhere, if you book in advance. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport to the conference site (Rosen Plaza Hotel, 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819). Orlando airport is 12.5 miles away from the hotel. 16 minutes by car and 4 hours and 14 minutes by foot. Bus fare is $4.00.

By Train

Amtrak has services to Orlando, Florida. ORL is the closest station to the hotel. Hotel is 16.9 miles away from the train station. 27 minutes by car and 5 hours and 24 minutes by foot. Bus fare is $4.00

By Car/Van

Rosen Plaza Hotel is easily accessible by car. There is a public parking lot in front of the hotel. The normal parking rate per day is $13.00 for hotel guests. CSI Conference attendees will get a discounted coupon for $6.00 per day for multiple entrances and exits. Destination address for mapping purpose is 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.

By Charter Bus

There will be buses leaving from New York on Sunday, July 1, 2012. Those who wish to travel by bus are requested to contact conference organizers for more information. Round trip cost for bus trip as of now is only $200 per person. This includes transportation to and from all sightseeing attractions also. There are only limited seats to be filled for the current quota which will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Those who wish to travel by charter buses or Vans from major cities such as Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston are encouraged to contact their respective Congregation officials. We can arrange charter buses for any groups larger than 40 at affordable rates.

Transportation to and from the Airport

Complimentary transportation from the airport on July 5th and back to the airport on July 8th will be arranged for registered delegates on a limited basis. Those who arrive or depart on other days will have to arrange their own transportation. We are arranging a private van service to provide rides to and from the airport at a nominal rate of $5 plus tips per person per trip with a minimum of $25 per trip for the conference delegates from July 2-4, 2012. We will also provide a discount coupon for one of the major transportation companies (MEARS MOTOR SHUTTLE) for round trip transportation to and from the hotel for those who have to travel at odd hours.

Transportation between Rosen Plaza Hotel and Theme Parks

Complimentary transportation from the hotel to the theme parks and back to the hotel for organized sightseeing tours will be provided for those who travel by charter buses. All others will have to arrange their own transportation between the hotel and the attractions. We are arranging a private van service to provide rides between the Rosen Plaza Hotel and the theme parks with in Orlando area at a nominal rate of $5 plus tips per person per trip with a minimum of $25 per trip for the conference delegates from July 2-5, 2012.Please note that there will be parking charges for private vehicles at all the theme parks.
